Garold David Davis, Jr., age 52, of Centerville, Iowa, died on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. He was born the son of Garold, Sr. and Juanita B. (Farnsworth) Davis on February 28, 1959 in Muscatine, Iowa. He received his education in a Muscatine School in Muscatine, Iowa.He enjoyed the junk business and would look to salvage anything of value. He loved spending time with his family.Garold was proceeded in death by: his parents; and a brother, Mike Farnsworth.Surviving family members are his daughters, Aerial and Brandon Pameticky of Ottumwa, Iowa, Kayla Davis of Centerville, Iowa and Tandra and Thomas Davis of Centerville, Iowa; a son, Josh Davis of Centerville, Iowa; a brother, Earl Sales of Yuma, Arizona; sisters, Sharon Conn of Centerville and Beverly Carson of Centerville; grandchildren, Mickey, Christopher, Gage, Adaya and Mia.Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2011 at 1 pm at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Rev. Gerald Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakland Cemetery in Centerville. No visitation is planned and memorials can be made in his name and left or mailed to the funeral home.
