Gail Francine Hacker's Obituary
Gail Hacker, 56 of Corydon passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022 at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.
Gail was born to Verl & Dora (Clark) Mattly in Iowa City, Iowa on March 7, 1966. Gail received her education from Seymour High School, graduating in 1984. On December 31, 1993; Gail was united in marriage to DeWayne Hacker.
Gail enjoyed reading, listening to music, cooking, crocheting and arts and crafts along with her BIG LOVE of her animals. She especially enjoyed time with her friends and family.
Survivors include her spouse, DeWayne Hacker, siblings, JoAnne McDevitt-Nugent and Jeannie Peterson, Stephen Henry, Thomas Graig and numerous extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sisters, Rosie Jennings, Mary Curtis, Linda Mattly, Phillyis Mattly, Nancy Dodgie, Betty Warnick, and two brothers Jackie Parker and Carl Mattly.
Funeral service will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Thomas Funeral Home in Corydon. Interment will immediately follow at Corydon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm, Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the funeral home.
