Sending our deepest condolences to your family. Although we never met your wonderful father and husband Frank in person, we got to know a small piece of his charming character through some of the journal excerpts shared by Ashley (most of them witticisms) that were very much enjoyed. It's hard losing someone so wonderful, but we hope you find great comfort that his legacy will be passed on through you all and even in some of us who were inspired by Frank to start journaling ourselves. May our entries be as entertaining as his and worth the time for our own offspring to read. Sending you all lots of love, prayers and hugs.

So sorry to hear of Francis passing. He always had a smile on his face and a friendly comment. I enjoyed visiting with him. He actioned at my dads (Ivan Snook) farm sale. Even though my family and I left Wayne Co Iowa several years ago and had not seen Francis for many years I know he will be missed by all of his friends and family.
