Everett Klinger's Obituary
Everett Eudean Klinger, age 90 of Allerton passed away on September 18, 2017 at Corydon Specialty Care. Everett was born to Albert and Beulah Klinger on April 26, 1927. He graduated from Seymour High School in 1944. Everett was united in marriage to Kathryn Corrine Phillips in August of 1947. Everett and Kathryn lived and worked on farms in Wayne County all of his life. He loved to restore old vehicles, especially Ford Model A's. Everett was preceded in death by his wife Kathryn, parents Albert and Beulah, sister Phyllis Klinger Hornocker and brother-in-law Wayne Hornocker. He is survived by his son Alan Klinger and wife Connie, daughter Margaret Heneke, grandchildren; Derek Harlan, John Harlan, Nathan Klinger, Kristin Harlan Redies and husband Kyle, Carolyn Klinger, Andrea Ring and husband Corey, and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, September 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Thomas Funeral Home in Corydon. Interment will immediately follow service at Corydon Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home in Corydon. Memorials may be directed to Prairie Trails Museum of Wayne County and condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com.
