Eva Marie Williams' Obituary
Eva Marie Williams, age 88 of Centerville, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Golden Age Care Center in Centerville.
Eva was born on December 15, 1933 in Centerville, Iowa, the daughter of Robert Lee and Mary (Sales) Seals.
Eva worked as a Quality Control Specialist for the Department of Defense for 26 years. In her free time, she enjoyed going to church, long drives for sight-seeing, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Left to cherish Evas memory are her children, Bill Williams of Centerville, Mike Williams of Centerville, Kevin Williams of Centerville and MaryAnn (Matt) Wooten of Holiday Island, Arkansas.
Her grandchildren, Jennifer Williams, Thornton, CO, Rodney (Bobbie Jo) Williams Centerville, IA, Dustin Wood (Emily Erickson) Santa Ana, California, Samantha (Stuart) Peoples, Harrison, AR.
Great grandchildren, Samantha Williams, Caden Williams Nelson, Evan Williams, Brayden Williams, Freddie Peoples, Ollie Peoples and Ava Peoples.
Nieces, Angela McKay and family, and Freda Miller; as well as many extended family members.
Eva was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Mary Seals; her sisters, Marge Miller and Connie McKay; nephews, Laurel Lee Miller, Robin Miller, Tommy McKay, and Marty McKay; and a great nephew, Josh McKay.
Graveside services will be held at 11 am, Friday, September 23, 2022 at the Sharon Chapel Cemetery, Centerville with Pastor Rod Campbell officiating. A visitation will take place on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville, with the family receiving friends from 9-10:30 AM. A memorial has been established to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, 1900 S. 18 St., Centerville, IA 52544.
