Eugene J McGraw's Obituary
Eugene McGraw, 71 of Centerville passed away Friday, June 11, 2021 at Mercy One - Des Moines.
Gene was born to Garold & Vera (Nida) McGraw on August 31, 1949 in Corydon. He received his education from Wayne Community Schools, graduating in 1967. Gene was a truck driver; he spent the majority of his career driving for Russell Oil Company. Gene enjoyed driving a truck, he loved socializing with people, watching Westerns on TV and in his younger years, he loved being around cars.
Survivors include his sister, Janice McGraw and numerous extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of Gene's life will take place 10:00 am; Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Corydon Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Prairie Trails Museum of Wayne County. Condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com or facebook.com/thomasfuneralhome.
