Ervin L Eash, 82, of Bloomfield passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at his home in Bloomfield. Ervin was born on April 21, 1931 in LaGrange, Indiana to Levi and Mary (Mast) Eash. Ervin was united in marriage to Amanda C. (Lambright) Eash. They lived together in matrimony for 61 years. Ervin worked as a blacksmith, owning and operating his own business. He enjoyed his work, puzzles and traveling with his family, especially by train. Ervin leaves to mourn, his wife, son, Lamar (Joanna) Eash of Bloomfield, daughter, Karen Sue Yoder of Goshen, IN, 19 Grandchildren and 9 Great grandchildren, three sisters: Ada (Levi) Bontrager of Shipshewana, IN, Esther Bontrager of LaGrange, IN and Edna (Elmer) Lehman of Shipshewana, IN and one brother, Daniel (Anna Marie) Eash of LaGrange, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, son in law, Ervin E Yoder, granddaughter, Amy Marie Eash and a brother in law Joe Bontrager. Funeral Services will be at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at the Eash home. Interment will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
