My Great Uncle Enos, was such a fun guy, always had a joke or a story. A few years ago he and Fonda spent a few days with us at our home. It was a beautiful day, and I asked him if he'd like to go for a walk, he said, no, I walked clear across France, and that's all the walking I want to do. Later seeing his purple heart on the wall and many momenotos, I knew part of his personal story. We had so many fun times over the years, playing cards, the Fountains all loved to play cards, I still teach one of those card games that I learned from Enos and his brothers, Bob, and Clifford to our friends and family. He will be forever missed by Jay and I. Hugs, to all of you who loved and cared for him dearly. Connie Posted by Connie Avis - Coggon, IA - Great Neice February 06, 2012
