Ella Mae Drew's Obituary
Ella Mae Drew, age 99, of Brazil, Iowa died Thursday July 7, 2005 at her grandaughters home in Mystic, Iowa.
Ella Mae was born May 16, 1906 the daughter of Robert W. and Emma (Fogle) Foster. She married Harry (Shark) Drew October 27, 1922. He preceded her in death in 1972. She lived in Brazil most of her life. She was a member of the Highland Cemetery Association. She loved swing on her porch swing, loved to bake and fish with her husband.
She is survived by a daughter-in-law Fanchon L. Drew of Rockford, Ill; one granddaughter-in-law Debra K Drew of Mystic, Iowa; two grandchildren, Nina L. Kalstrom of Rockford, Ill and Dorrie R. Drew of Rockford, Ill; great grandchildren, Melissa A. Drew of Mystic, Iowa, Daniel J Drew and wife Michelle of Mystic, Iowa, Jennifer E. Kalstrom of Rockford, Ill, and Aaron Drew and sister Olivia Reese of Rockford, Ill.
Ella Mae was preceded in death by her husband Harry Drew; her parents Robert and Emma (Fogle) Foster; a daughter and one son William Robert Drew; brothers Robert Foster, Paul Prosper (Pete), Glenn, Ned; sisters Sarah, Emma, Olive, and Cora; and a grandson, William Harry Drew.
Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Tuesday July 12, 2005 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, Centerville with Pastor Mark Waites officiating. Friends may call all day Monday at the funeral home with the family present from 6-8 PM. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery, Mystic. A memorial has been established to the family and may be left or mailed to the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, PO Box 6, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
