Earcel Larsen's Obituary
Earcel O. Larsen was born on February 24, 1918 to C.W. and Maud (Adair) McGhee in Wayne County Iowa and passed away in Corydon, Iowa on November 20, 2020. Earcel accepted Christ as her savior at the age of 16 and has been a faithful member of the Assembly of God Church for many years. She married Carl C. Larsen on December 5, 1953 and to this union son Bruce Allen was born. Carl and Earcel farmed most of their married life near Arlington, South Dakota. After retiring, they moved to Clio, Iowa. Carl passed away in 1979 and Earcel moved to Corydon in 1981. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, six brothers, and three sisters. She leaves to mourn her passing, son Bruce and wife Sheri of Blackhawk, South Dakota, her sister Janette McGhee of Corydon, step granddaughter Tammy McGuffey (Sam), step grandson Chad Herron (Suzanne), and five step great grandchildren.
