Dwala Jenine Green's Obituary
Dwala (Wilson) Green of Plano, Iowa died September 4, 2022 at the age of 80. Dwala was born November 24th, 1941 in Seymour, Iowa to Earl and Floy Wilson. On June 12th, 1960 she married the love of her life Floyd Green. He preceded her in death on February 5th, 2015. Four children were born to this union.
Dwala loved to read, do crossword puzzles, and spend time with her family.
Dwala is survived by her four children; Melvin (Lisa) Green of Centerville, Laura (Gary) King of Scranton, Kansas, Chris Green of Plano and Randy (Amber) Green of Centerville. Sister Rose (Ken) Banks of Seymour, 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd. Parents Earl and Floy, Her brothers Harry and Jerry Wilson. Two sisters Genevieve Miller and Bonnadene (Wilson) Hefner.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Funeral service will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Thomas Funeral Home in Seymour. Visitation will be one hour prior to service from 12-1 pm. Interment will be at a later date in Southlawn Cemetery in Seymour. Memorials may be given to the family and condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com or facebook.com/thomasfuneralhome.
