I remember Doug Ross played on my Iowa trust Little league team back in the mid sixties. My dad coached him. He was a really good ballplayer. My dad bragged about how great of a hitter he was. He used to hit blue darters as my dad would say. Meaning live drives. So sorry to hear about Doug.
