Dorothy D. Cullen's Obituary
Dorothy Cullen, age 91, of Plano, Iowa passed away October 11, 2010 at her home. Dorothy was born October 12, 1918, the daughter of Victor and Rose Delya in Coello, Illinois. She married Andrew Pazera on August 20, 1938. He preceded her in death on August 10, 1968. She then married Clyde Cullen on February 17, 1974 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also preceded her in death on October 25, 2005. Dorothy enjoyed reading and playing cards. She was a member of the Forrestors, Shrine Roadrunners, and the Iconium Methodist Church. Dorothy is survived by her children, Andrew (Linda) Pazera of La Porte, Indiana and Vivian Seay of Moravia, Iowa; three grandchildren, Anthony Pazera, Nicholas Pazera and Laurie Seay; a great grandson, Jacob; and siblings, Diane Vanzo of Bemidji, Minnesota, Violet Nottingham of South Holland, Illinois, and Linda Delya of Chicago, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Andrew Pazera, and Clyde Cullen; a son-in-law, Robert Seay; a sister, Ann Mason; and two brothers, Joe and Bob Delya. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, October 16, 2010, at the Lange Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Pastor Terry Chapman officiating and a prayer given by Pastor Jerry Morrison. Burial will follow at the Hanes Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday evening with family present from 4-8 PM. A memorial has been established to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Association and may be left at or mailed to the Lange Funeral Home 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa 52544.
