Dorothy L. Cossolotto's Obituary
Dorothy Cossolotto, age 79 of Centerville died Monday, October 31, 2005 at Mercy Medical Center, Centerville.
Dorothy was born June 4, 1926, the daughter of John and Mary Charles. She married Kenneth Farris on April 21, 1945 in Centerville, Iowa. He preceded her in death. Dorothy was united in marriage to Frank Cossolotto in Derby, Kansas on July 21, 1983. She worked at Easter's, McGraw Edison, and the PM Place Store in Centerville.
Dorothy is survived by a daughter Mary (Larry ) Saldana of Centerville, 3 brothers, John Charles Jr. of Wisconsin, Gene Charles of Davenport, Iowa, and Raymond (Jane) CHarles of St. Louis, Missouri; 3 sisters, Margaret (Charlie) Leonard of West Grove, Iowa, Patty (Buzz) Baker, and Mary Jean (Bill) Golick of Missouri; mother Mary Charles of Missouri; 3 grandchildren, Michelle (Wade) Ocker of Centerville, Paul Saldana of Centerville, and Larry (Janice) Saldana of Missouri; 5 great grandchildren, Kyle Ocker, Brandy Ocker, Jennifer Saldana, Dusty Saldana, and Janelle Saldana all of Centerville, Iowa; grandaughter- in- law Lisa Saldana Green; great grand step son Josh Robb of Des Moines, Iowa. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husbands and a grandson, Eddie Saldana.
Graveside services will be held at 10 AM Wednesday at Oakland Cemetery with Pastor Conrad Thompson officiating. Friends may call all day Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, Centerville.
