Diane Kay Belloma's Obituary
Diane Kay Belloma, age 75, of Centerville, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.
Diane was born on June 9, 1948 in Centerville, Iowa, the daughter of Guy and Kathleen (Gerdon) Sadaro. On August 6, 1966, Diane was united in marriage to Frank Emile Belloma in Newton, Iowa. To this union, a son was born, Jeff.
Diane was a hard worker throughout her life. She worked at Jef-Scott Metals for a period of time, Easter Grocery in the Deli for several years, Rubbermaid for 13 years, and then owned and operated Tan-Tastic for several years until her retirement. The "job" that she took the most pride in was being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She cherished her family and loved her dogs, Rudie and Pauley. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening and flowers.
Left to cherish Diane's memory are her husband of over 57 years, Frank Belloma; her son, Jeffrey Belloma; her grandchildren, Ashley (Chris) Simmons, Zakk Belloma and Payton Belloma; her great grandchildren, Tuesday, Carlynn, Milo and Macklin; as well as several extended family and friends.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Kathleen Sadaro; and a brother, David Sadaro.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00AM, Friday, January 5, 2023 at Oakland Cemetery in Centerville with Fr. Timothy Armbruster, C.P.P.S. officiating. Visitation will take place Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville with the family greeting friends from 5:00-7:00PM.
