To The Delbert Engle Family We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Delbert was a very friendly caring man, and I grew up with John, Chester, Marlene, & Colleen and I met Delbert while working at the IOWA DOT and it was always a pleasure to help him whether permits, truck license or mobile home plates. He always would have a joke or two to share. I was in Fareway the day before he passed and he was standing at the meat case and came over to say hi and we had a short visit, only if I had knew his time was short I would have made our visit alot longer.
