Deborah Mitchell's Obituary
Deborah Lynn Mitchell, age 47 of Bloomfield, Iowa died Friday morning March 2, 2007 at the Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield.
Debbie was born on March 14, 1959 in Centerville, Iowa the daughter of Galen O. and Mary (Bettine) Mitchell. She attended the Centerville schools and graduated from the Centerville High School with the class of 1978. She later attended college. Deborah was the Manager of the Dollar General Store in Bloomfield for several years. She loved her dog, working puzzles, and cooking and baking for family and friends.
Debbie is survived by her children; CarrieRenee Clark of Des Moines, IA, Nathan Culp of Colfax, IA, Anthony Culp of Russell, IA, Tammy Panada of Ankeny, IA and Joleen Culp of Ankeny, IA along with 6 grandchildren and her brother Ronald A. Mitchell of Waynesboro, Georgia and her companion Glenn Culp of Bloomfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son John Wesley Mitchell, her sister Barbara Exline and brother Larry Mitchell.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Pastor Lloyd Johnston officiating. Burial will follow in the Southlawn Cemetery in Seymour, Iowa. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 5, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home.
A memorial has been established to the family's choice or to the Multiple Sclerosis.
