Debbie had a hard early life. I tried to be a real friend to her.
My older half-sister, Linda Sapp, was living in the same apartment building as she was, and, informed me of her passing.
I hope that she and, now, the rest of her family have found peace.

I have never met a Beautiful woman she had a love for people and for God ,and she loved to go to church and here Gods word. She was always telling people about the Lord. we will Miss you a lot But We will Get to see her again. We are Deeply sorry for your loss.

Debbie was my cousin. When we were young she actually spent some time living with my parents. She always had a big smile. Our distance most of our lives has kept us from being close but I remember well as a young girl at Christmas time at our Grandpa & Grandma Creagans. Always a huge dimpled smile is what I remember most. RIP Cousin Debbie.
