Deborah Dickerson's Obituary
Deborah ""Debbie"" Dickerson, age 43 of Centerville passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.
Debbie was born December 12, 1965 the daughter of Melvin and Geraldine (Brunow) Dickerson in Centerville. She graduated from Oskaloosa High School. Music was a focal point in Debbie's life. She loved to sing and play the guitar. Most importantly, Debbie enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her son Tyvonn.
She is survived by her son Tyvonn Dickerson of Centerville, Iowa; a brother Doug (Loretta) Dickerson of Centerville, Iowa; her niece Jessi (Tony) Varner and their children Morgan and Maddie all of Centerville, Iowa, her niece Jacki Brown and her children Keyton and Bubba of Newton, Iowa; a nephew Dustin (Kara) Dickerson and their daughter Karley all of Centerville.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, and grandparents.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at Lange Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Pastor Holly Oden officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakland Cemetery in Centerville. A visitation will be held on Tuesday at the Lange Funeral Home with the family present from 6-8 PM that evening. A memorial has been established to Debbie's son Tyvonn Dickerson and may be left at or mailed to Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa, 52544.
