Dawn Furlin's Obituary
Dawn Furlin, 75 of Centerville died Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.
Dawn was born April 26, 1929 in Centerville to Pete and Uneeta (Cline) Molett. She married John Furlin in Centerville, he preceded her in death in July, 1990. Dawn graduated from Centerville High School in 1948. Dawn worked at Thriftway, Safeway and Easters Grocery Stores as a checker, she also was employed by Western Auto for several years. She was an active member or St. Mary's Catholic Church and a lifetime member of the Mercy Medical Center Hospital Auxilary.
Dawn is survived by her mother Uneeta Molett, two sisters; Betty and Joann Molett. She was preceded in death by her father Pete, husband John and brother Bill Molett.
A Mass of the Ressurection will be held 11:30 a.m., Friday, November 19, 2004 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Fr. Ron Will C.PP.S officiating. Friends may call Thursday from 1- 8 PM, November 18, 2004 at Thomas Lange Funeral Home with the family present from 6-8 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held at 7:30 PM. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Centerville. A memorial has been established to St. Mary's Catholic Church and may be left or mailed to Thomas Lange Funeral Home 1900 S. 18th St. Centerville, Ia 52544
