So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. Dave was a classmate of mine and he was always such a quiet kind of guy. He always had a smile and would help you out when you needed him to. I remember how extremely intelligent he was. Could always get help with homework. Dave was a friend of mine and I am proud to say that. RIP Dave. Butch, Becky, Marcia and all of Dave's Family; Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I have lots of great memories of Dave, such a caring man. I know he's in a better place now. David was the first person I spoke to when I was hired by the Dept of Interior. I quickly realized he was a special person who I was thankful to have met, work with and have as a friend. It was a tremendous pleasure to have David as a colleague and friend. I'm so glad to have been in Lithuania with him where he touched the lives of everyone he met. Sad to hear of Dave's passing, my condolences to his family and all his many friends. Working with him in the Damage Assessment program, he was always the consummate, accomplished professional, but, most memorably, his infallibly cheerful disposition always added greatly to the success of the group's efforts in reaching consensus in a multi-party organization with lots of differing, and often hotly contested opinions.
