David Head's Obituary
David V. Head, age 48, of Casper, Wyoming, formerly of Centerville, Iowa, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper.
David was born on June 16, 1969 in Brookfield, Missouri, the son of Wesley Head and Mary Ann Holtman. He attended Horizon Alternative High School. He was united in marriage to Melissa (Missy) Brown on August 21, 1991. From this union, two children were born, Shala and Jacob.
David was a truck driver for many years. David also enjoyed watching cartoons, spending time on the beach, and also spending time with his family and friends.
Left to honor David's memory are wife Missy, daughter Shala (Dallas), and son Jake all of Casper Wyoming, his mother Mary Ann (Mike) Holtman, and siblings Vernon Head, Mikki (Steve) Stufflebeem, Mary (Wes) Schwering, Abigail (Jerry) Pross, Tonya (Kenny) Clemens, Earl James (Heather) Stansberry all of Centerville, Iowa and Steve (Lisa) Head of Orlando, Florida, his in-laws, Jim (Connie) Brown of Centerville, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
David was preceded in death by his father Wesley Head, maternal and paternal grandparents, sister Robyn, brothers Michael Paul and Jason, and nephew, Logan Schwering.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3PM, Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville, with Mark Waits officiating.
