David Wayne Hall's Obituary
David Wayne Hall, age 50 of Numa, Iowa passed away unexpectedly, Monday, January 16, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
David was born on March 7, 1966, along with his twin brother Douglas, in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a child, David enjoyed hunting, trapping, fishing and was inseparable from Doug. He graduated from Centerville High School with the Class of 1984.
After graduation, he moved to Des Moines, and started his lifelong career in construction. He joined the Local 106 Carpenters Union in 1992, and remained a proud member for the past 25 years. In 2010, he returned to his hometown of Numa to help with his parents.
David still enjoyed fishing, camping, being outdoors, playing cards, traveling, and cooking. He was an avid Nascar fan, especially Dale and Dale Jr. He cherished spending time with family and friends, and was always the life of the party. David enjoyed a good drink with anyone.
David leaves behind his mother, Patricia Willingham of Numa, Iowa; daughters, Meghan and Hayley; brothers, Jesse Bacon of California, Douglas (Lisa) Hall of Des Moines, Iowa, Steven (Dee) Hall of Centerville, Iowa, and Kenneth (Chanda) Willingham Jr. of Cincinnati, Iowa; sisters, Kathleen Saunders of Peoria, Arizona, Pamela Hall of New-Ulm, Minnesota, and Veronica Bachman (Michael Collins) of Numa, Iowa; a special friend, Ruby Bremer of Numa, Iowa, and her children Amanda and Eric, and grandchildren, Haiden and Jezzabeth; as well as many nieces, nephews, friends, family, and his two chihuahuas, Tally and Dega.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Kenneth Allen Willingham.
Funeral Services will be held at 7:00PM on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville with Pastor Kay Singley officiating. A visitation will take place from 4-7:00 PM, Friday, January 20, 2017 at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville. Memorials have been established to the Family of David Hall and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa, 52544.
