David Homer Fincher's Obituary
David Homer Fincher, age 58, of Fremont, Iowa and a former Moulton, Iowa resident, died Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa, Iowa. He was born the son of James Edward and Margaret (Ribar) Fincher on December 3, 1954 in Lindsay, California. He received his education at Moulton Schools and Centerville Junior College.On June 26, 1975, David was united in marriage to Jeanne Seibert in Moulton, Iowa. He was a truck driver for the Elmer Wood Company and enjoyed doing carpentry work. He loved spending time with his family hunting or fishing what ever the season. He was preceded in death by: his father, James Fincher on September 20, 2007; and a grandson, David Joseph Fincher.David is survived by: his wife, Jeanne Fincher of Fremont, Iowa; his mother, Margaret 'Peggy' Fincher of Moulton, Iowa; sons, Joey Fincher of Mouton, Iowa, Greg Fincher and his wife, Jeanette of Ottumwa, Iowa, Adam Fincher of Ottumwa, Iowa and Timothy Fincher and his wife, Tara of Haverhill, Iowa; a sister, May Ann Benell of Moulton, Iowa; and six grandchildren, Alexis Fincher, Kaitlin Fincher, Addison Fincher, Brayden Fincher, Adam Fincher, Jr and Brantley Fincher.Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Moulton, Iowa with Rev. Jim Schweizer officiating. Burial will follow at the Sunset View Cemetery north of Moulton, Iowa.
