Darlene Sickich-Peterson's Obituary
Darlene Sickich-Petersen of Evergreen, Colorado, died on Sunday, October 3, 2004 at Life Care Center in Evergreen, CO. She was born the daughter of John E. and Margaret A. (McFerrin) McClure on March 10, 1924 in Council Bluffs, Iowa.In 1947, Darlene was united in marriage to Nick Sickich in Chicago, Illinois. After Nick's death in September 3, 1973, Darlene was united in marriage to Ted Petersen in 1983 also in Chicago, Illinois and he died on January 18, 2003. She was a Registered Nurse for many years.Darlene is survived by: her son, Jim Sickich of Conifer, Colorado and a sister, Mary Jane McSpadden of Oak Grove, Missouri; brother-in-law, H.B, (Mac) McSpadden; also 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.Graveside Memorial Services will be held on Friday, October 8, 2004 at 2 pm with Father Ron Will officiating at Oakland Cemetery in Centerville.
