Danny Paul Caylor's Obituary
Danny Paul Caylor, age 51, of Centerville, Iowa, died Friday, December 19, 2008 at Centerville Nursing & Rehab Center in Centerville. He was born the son of Richard and Marilyn (Koehler) Caylor on July 13, 1957 in Centerville, Iowa. He graduated from the Moulton-Udell Community School, and would later graduate from Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa, in the Air Frame and Power Plant Mechanics program.On November 16, 1985, Danny was united in marriage to Kym Sparks in Centerville, Iowa. He farmed near Udell, Iowa and raised Black Angus cattle. He was a member of Grace Tabernacle Baptist Church in Centerville, where he was active in the leadership of Awana Club, and was the Choir Director. He worked hard and played hard, especially any type of outdoor activity. From Boating and camping in the summer at Lake Thunder Head, or snow skiing in the winter, he just loved the outdoors.He was preceded in death by: his father, Richard Caylor on December 19, 1962; brother, Dale Caylor; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.Danny is survived by: his wife, Kym Caylor of Centerville, Iowa; his children, Neal and Emily Caylor both of Centerville; his mother, Marilyn Caylor of Udell, Iowa; brother, Barry Caylor of Centerville, Iowa; and a sister, Debbie Gilbert of Anchorage, Alaska.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at 10 am at the Grace Tabernacle Baptist Church in Centerville, Iowa with Pastor Brian Hargrave officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery near Udell, Iowa.
