Danna Dorothy Tometich age 80, died Thursday, November 26, 2009 at Centerville Nursing and Rehab Center in Centerville, Iowa. She was born the daughter of Tony and Mary (Knoll) Tometich in Numa, Iowa on December 4, 1928. She attended the Appanoose Country School near Numa.She was a faithful member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Centerville, Iowa. She was a private Home Care Provider.Danna is preceded in death by: her parents; brothers, John and Frank Tometich; sisters, Eva Miller, Margaret and Frances Tometich, Anna Kauzlarich, and Ola Budeslich.She is survived by: a sister, Rose Scarbrough of St. Joseph, Missouri; brother - in - law, Louie Budeslich of Centerville, Iowa; and several neices and nephews.Mass of Resurrection will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Centerville, Iowa with Fr. Dennis Schaab, CPPS officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery in Centerville, Iowa. Public visitation will be held on Monday, November 30, 2009 from 2:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville with the family present from 6:00 p.m. til 8:00 p.m. A Rosary service will be held on Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
