Dana Ralph Ball's Obituary
Dana Ball, 71 of Corydon, passed away on December 29, 2021 at Corydon Specialty Care in Corydon, Iowa.
Dana Ralph Ball was born on May 7, 1950 in Columbus Junction, Iowa to Ralph Laurence and Carroll Darlene (Drake) Ball. He graduated from Centerville High School and went on to get his AAS from Indian Hills Community College.
Throughout his career, Dana worked for Wells Manufacturing, Rubbermaid, Young Radiator, and Osceola Foods. He looked forward to his Minnesota Fishing Trips and loved to hunt and fish, however Dana's favorite thing to do was spend time with his grandchildren.
Left to cherish Dana's memory are his son Derrick Ball (Ashlie), daughters Karissa Ball (Ernie) and Audra Bunnell (Josh), sisters Laura Yarger, Helen Ann Helluer (Dennis), and Charla Keefer (Gary), grandchildren Dahlton Ball, Sara Montegna, Melody Noel, and Xander, Sage, and Brihleigh Bunnell, as well as numerous friends and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Deon Brown.
Cremation has been accorded and a Celebration of Life service will take place on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at the Exline Community Center in Exline, Iowa from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. Memorials can be sent to the family and condolences can be shared at www.thomasfh.com or www.facebook.com/thomasfuneralhome.
