Crystal Howe, age 28 of Centerville, Iowa passed away Saturday, September 04, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.
Crystal was born May 7, 1982 in Centerville the daughter of Gary Howe and Debbie Pefley Howe Wardlow. She graduated from Centerville High School in 2003 and lived her life in the Centerville Community.
She is survived by her mother Debbie (Sean) Wardlow of Centerville, her father Gary (Denise) Howe of Centerville, 7 brothers and sisters Cicely Lawrence, Justin Ellison, Caitlyn Howe, Nick Howe, Amanda Wardlow, Stephen Wardlow, Sawyer Wardlow, Grandparents Barbara Pefley and her late husband Albert of Peosta, IA, Brad and Carol Wardlow of Centerville, the late Glen and Katherine Howe, Anne (Ladd) Greene of Centerville; uncles Jeff Pefley, Al Pefley Jr, Kim Pefley, Chad Wardlow, Kirk Wardlow, Greg (Angie) Howe, aunts Jill (Bill) Zintz, Gloria Zimmerman, and the late Glenda Jordan; Cousins Tony Furlin, Tyler Furlin, Tara Furlin, Troy Furlin, Valerie Hatfield, Greg Howe, Dawn Dalbey, George Fox, Joe Zintz, Chloe Zintz, Brittney Morris and Hilary Morris, nephews Kinnick and Kiptyn Lawrence; and extended family, Leona and Steve Fogle Family
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Al Pefly Sr. and grandparents Glen and Katherine Howe.
The family wishes to offer a special ""Thanks"" to the students and teachers of the Centerville School system for their kindness, support and love.
Funeral services will be held at 11AM Wednesday September 8, 2010 at the Lange Funeral Home, Centerville with Pastor Tara Amundson officiating. A prayer service will be held at 6 PM Tuesday evening at the Lange Funeral Home with Pastor Leroy Perkins officiating, visitation will follow. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery, Centerville. A memorial has been established to the Special Education Department of the Centerville Schools and may be left or mailed to the Lange Funeral Home, 1900 South 18th St. , Centerville, Iowa, 52544.
