Clyde Edward Seddon, 68 of Centerville, Iowa passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at his home.
Clyde was born on January 20, 1954 to James and Margaret (White) Seddon in Centerville, Iowa. On August 21, 1993; Clyde was united in marriage to Rosemary Cortesio.
Clyde enjoyed multiple kinds of sports that included watching the Denver Broncos, Chicago Cubs and NASCAR. He liked playing volleyball, cards, riding his Harley and wood working. Most of all, Clyde loved spending time with his family especially his many grandkids.
Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Seddon, children: Dustin Seddon, Travis Seddon (Tiffany), Josh Seddon (Paige), Kerri Jo Salevsky (Steve), Jacob Ervin, David Ervin (Kayla), 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, siblings; Etta Smith (Neal), Donna Nikolosus (Jim), Jim Seddon (Nancy), Richard Seddon (Carol), Joe Seddon (Vickie) and numerous extended family.He is preceded by his parents, James and Margaret Seddon, siblings; Gerald "Buck" Seddon, Nyla Free, Bobby Paul Seddon and mother-in-law Marjorie Cortesio
Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville. Interment will immediately follow at Highland Cemetery in Mystic, Iowa. Visitation will be all day Friday, October 14, 2022 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville with family present from 5-7:00 pm.
