Charlotte Tisue's Obituary
Charlotte Tisue, 89, passed away on April 11, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville. Charlotte was born on September 11, 1929 in Moravia to Walter and Margery (Johnson) Scott. After graduating from Moravia High School, Charlotte married Ronald Tisue on August 4, 1952 and to this union, three children were born. Charlotte had a been faithful member of Grace Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1952 and taught Sunday school for over 25 years. She belonged to the Gideons Auxiliary and enjoyed: flowers, gardening, crocheting, reading and spending time with her family. Charlotte is survived by her children: Lanny (Rhonda) Tisue and Janet (Rick) Acheson; grandchildren: Tifini (Brandon) Kreitz, Jaime (Jeff) Swan, Mel Tisue, Jennifer (Jerome) Russ, Jessica (Nathan) Graham and Jill (Josh) Lange as well as four great grandchildren and was looking forward to meeting the fifth in May. Charlotte was also survived by her siblings: Sondra Scott and Walter Scott and a daughter-in-law, Karen Tisue. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ron; son, Daryl; sisters: Maxine Ewing and Lois Caster; infant brother, Bobby Lee Scott and brothers: Billy Joe and Jack Scott. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2019 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville. Interment will immediately follow at Salem Cemetery in Moravia.
