Paul, I just read where your Dad passed away earlier this year----I am sorry to hear of his passing----my prayers are with you my friend. Your story of the Drug Store with your Dad brought back some warm memories of my trips to the Rexall Drug Store back in the early 1970's as well---a different time and era indeed.
Paul we did not know your Dad but we enjoy knowing you. You must be a chip off the old block as they say.

Charles has been a good friend over the years I have spent in Iowa. He could always be counted on for a smile and a greeting.
I am happy to have shared some time with him doing the Lord's work in southern Iowa. I know he must be happy now in the presence of the Savior.
I always liked going to town with dad as a child. We would go to the "Drug Store" where dad would get a cup of coffee and he would buy me a malt. My legs were too short to reach the floor from the pedestal seats at the counter. to be continued....
