Charlee Faris' Obituary
Charles Faris, age 59, of Mystic, Iowa, died Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at his home in Mystic. He was born the son of Howard L. and Velma M. (Harr) Faris on March 30, 1947 in Centerville, Iowa. He graduated from the Centerville Community Schools in 1966.Charles served his country during the Vietnam Conflict with the US Army. He enlisted on August 16, 1966 and served until his honorable discharge on March 22, 1969. He was a truck driver and a Barber in Des Moines, Iowa for a time.He is preceded in death by: his parents.Charles is survived by: his daughter, Melanie Yvonne Faris of Aschaffenburg, Germany; brother, David and his wife, Wilma Faris of Centerville, Iowa; 5 grandchildren.Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2006 at 2 pm at the Southlawn Cemetery in Seymour, Iowa with Pastor Kristopher Wattlet officiating.
