Carol was born on October 25, 1935, the daughter of Clarence and Mary (Henderson) Booth. She attended schools and graduated from Washington High School. Carol married Donald Argo, and together they spent almost 69 years before his passing in 2023. To this union five children were born: Donna, Janet, Rob, Rick, and Jim.
Throughout her life, Carol took care of many children. She was a bookkeeper before she had her own kids and raised them, and it wasn't long after until she was babysitting for others. She loved watching children grow and learn. After her babysitting career, she took a job as a cook at the local gas station in the kitchen, she enjoyed conversations with customers there.
Carol was very proud of the family that her and Don had created. She loved watching their grandchildren at sporting events, and hearing all about their days. She enjoyed reading and puzzle books, and playing card games with her children around the table.
Carol is survived by her five children: Donna Porter, Janet Argo, Rob (Claudia) Argo, Rick (Elizabeth) Argo, and Jim (Lisa) Argo; 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brothers, Gene Booth and Dick Booth; sisters-in-law, Virginia Pfeiffer and Kay (Don) Gibson, along with other extended family and friends.
