Bradley Neil Kirkland's Obituary
Bradley Neil Kirkland, 65 passed away at his home on May 15, 2023 in Centerville, Iowa.
Bradley was born in Centerville, Iowa on April 7, 1958, the son of Leslie and Norma (Smith) Kirkland. After graduating from North Bend High School in 1976, he worked at Easter's Grocery Store for many years. He went on to work at other places throughout his life, most recently at Orscheln's.
When Bradley wasn't working, he enjoyed listening to music- specifically the radio station - Drive at 5, watching television - especially The History Channel, Star Trek & MASH, reading and spending time with his family and friends. He also cared for his mother whom he loved dearly.
Bradley is survived by his sister, Stephanie (David) McCann; uncle, Norman Smith; his nieces and nephews, Dustin (Megan) Kirkland, Travis (Heather) Kirkland, Courtney (Nicholas) Reis, Nicklos (Lauren) McCann, Trent McCann, Jerrico Chapman, Renee Cossolotto, Ericka (Travis) Ashby; brother-in-law Robert Chapman; his uncle, Gary (Dianna); his siblings, Shawn Kirkland, Stacey Laux, and Sondra Mawhorter; as well as several extended family members and friends.
Bradley was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie Kirkland and Norma Cicco; his sisters, Becky Chapman and Rachel Cicco; his brother, Randal Kirkland; and his grandparents, Ruby (Floyd) Smith and Clyde (Leona) Kirkland.
Per wishes, cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Centerville Station 1124 South 18th with burial immediately following at Oakland Cemetery.
