Billy G. Clark's Obituary
Billy Clark, age 56, of Udell, Iowa passed away Thursday, June 24, 2010 at the Bloomfield Care Center in Bloomfield, Iowa.
Billy was born April 11, 1954 in Ottumwa, Iowa, the son of Bobbie Gene and Phyllis (White) Clark. After graduating from Moulton High School in 1972, Billy served his country by joining the United States Navy. Following his military career, he attended beauty school in California. While on the west coast, Billy worked in a salon as a hairdresser, as well as a product promoter for L'Oreal. He had the opportunity to travel ""the world"" during his employment with L'Oreal.
He eventually moved back to Iowa where he owned and operated Heavenly Hair salon, located east of the Centerville square.
Billy enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He also cherished the time he spent with his horse, Morning Sun.""
He is survived by brothers Dennis Clark of Centerville, Bobbie Clark of Udell, sisters Geneva Peel of Centerville and Susan McFarland of Albia.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday 1PM at the Lange Funeral Home with Pastor John Royer officiating. Military rites will be held at the funeral home. A memorial has been establsished to the family and may be left at the funeral home. Condolences may be left at www.langefh.com
