Bill Foss' Obituary
William Leonard Foss (Bud), 72 of Centerville died Friday April 16, 2004 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
He was born the son of John Henry Alvin and Josephine Juanita (Snyder) Foss on September 9, 1931 in Walter, Indiana. On April 30, 1964 William was united in marriage to Dixie Clark in Centerville. William had various occupations in different states.
William was preceded in death by his parents, one son Johnny Ray Foss, 2 brothers; Johnny and Clarence Foss. He is survived by his wife Dixie Foss of Centerville, five daughters; Shelly Lister and her husband Dave of Des Moines, Regina Burger and her husband Dave of Texas and friend Gary Marhoul of Wisconsin, Melissa Brown and her husband Timothy of Seymour, Iowa, Kathryn Foss of Centerville and friend Carlos Cotton of Illinois, four sons; William Foss and __________ of Kansas, John Foss II of Kansas, 21 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held all day Monday at Thomas Lange Funeral Home with the family present from 6-8 p.m.. Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas Lange Funeral Home with Pastor John Adams officiating. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery.
