Beverly Jean Forth's Obituary
Beverly Jean (Breed) Forth, age 90, of Centerville, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 in Crawfordsville, Iowa.
Beverly was born on March 26, 1932, the third of eight children born to Kermit and Marion (VanCamp) Breed. She was born in Delphi Falls, New York, and graduated from Fabius Central High School in Fabius, New York. She was united in marriage to Thomas Forth, and to this union, three children were born, Kermit Charles, Millicent Jean, and Jeffery Thomas.
Left to cherish Beverly's memory are her children, Kermit (Cindy) Forth, Millicent (Randy) Sloan, and Jeffrey (Betty) Forth; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Doris Harrison, Martha Ann Hess, and Sue Clark; as well as several extended family and friends.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband and best friend, Tom in 2015; her parents, Kermit and Marion Breed; her brothers, Charles "Skip" Breed in 2011 and Kermit L. Breed Jr. in 2015; her sister-in-law, Evelyn (Butler) Breed in 2012; her sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Thurston in 2007, and Helen Jane Newton in 2016.
Per Beverly's wishes, cremation has been accorded. Burial of her ashes will take place in the Watervale Cemetery in Watervale, New York at a later date. Memorials in honor of Beverly may be written to the family of Beverly Forth, to be determined at a later date, and may be mailed to Thomas Funeral Home, ATTN: Forth Family, 501 North 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
