Babbie (Bobbie) was one of the kindest human beings I've ever known. Always had a smile on her face and always willing to help someone in need! She was a great addition to our little town. We had many great conversations over the years, some of them centering around Sacramento where she was from and I was stationed there in the service. When I needed a pie for a fund raiser, she would always happily do it. Her Cream pies were great. May she REST IN PEACE!!!
Babbie you was a funny lady i enjoyed my time spend helping you with thing's at the Seymour Care Center. I love your family that i know well ! Tell Summer hi for me and my son Jason we will miss her dearly !!
Lit a candle in memory of Barbara 'Babbie' Vorhees
My family went Christmas caroling this past December. All 24 of us went and sang to Barbara. She didn't respond when we talked to her, but when we sang Silent Night, her head came up, and she smiled. It must have been one of her favorite Christmas hymns. Rest in peace now Barbara.
What a beautiful sweet lady! I am so glad I got to meet her. She had a heart of gold and a beautiful smile! My condolences to her family and friends.
