B.Bernice Lowe's Obituary
B. Bernice Lowe, 78, of Cincinnati, Iowa passed away at Putnam County Hospital in Unionville, Missouri on September 7, 2010.
Bernice was born in Appanoose County on November 11, 1931 to Leo Robinson and Ilene Armstrong. Bernice married James Lowe on November 9, 1952 in Appanoose County. She graduated from Mystic High School.
In her younger years, Bernice worked as a waitress at Blue Bird Cafe in Centerville, Iowa. Bernice also worked and operated the Unionville Sale Barn Cafe for several years in Unionville, Iowa. She enjoyed quilting and sewing, but her most cherished time was spending it with her grandchildren and great children. Bernice attended Cincinnati Community Church as her health permitted.
Bernice is survived by three children, Nancy (Owen) Terherst of Yellville, Arkansas, Carolyn (Walt) Willard of Corryton, Tennessee and Neil (Lora) Lowe of Unionville, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Karon (Craig) Cramer of Scott City, Kansas, Karla (Casey) Hudson of Lincoln, Nebraska, Kara (Terry) Guernsey of Lincoln, Nebraska, Suzanne (Jason) Chambers of Portland, Oregon, Emily (Brad) Timmerman of Norfolk, Virginia, Chris Lowe (special friend -Jesssica Kemp) of O'Fallon, Missouri, Jessica (Daniel) Dueker of Centerville, Iowa and Sarah (Timothy) Jones of Lucerne, Missouri; two brothers, John (Sharon) Robinson of Coon Rapids, Minnesota and James (Nancy) Robinson of Mystic, Iowa; many nieces and nephews; and special companion, Richard Lewis of Unionville, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lowe; and parents, Leo and Ilene Robinson.
