Anthony Zentz's Obituary
Anthony Zentz, 49, of Centerville, passed away on January 22, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center. Anthony was born on August 11, 1966 in Manhattan, Kansas to Garry and Linda (Willard) Zentz. He received his education from Clio High School in Clio, Michigan in 1984. He joined the Marine Corp in 1984 and served for 4 years. Anthony was self-employed as a carpenter. Anthony enjoyed the outdoors and working with his hands. He could never sit still unless he was fishing. Anthony also spent time working on cars and doing carpentry. Anthony is survived by his parents, Garry and Linda of Centerville, IA, daughter Linda Zentz of Geismer, LA, three brothers; Garry Zentz, Jr of Manhattan, KS, Jeffrey Zentz and fiance Kimberly Freeman of Waukee, IA, and Raymond (Melissa) Zentz of Bloomington, MN, two granddaughters; Mylee Zentz and Makensie Callender of Geismer, LA as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his grandparents; Raymond and Florence Zentz and Chuck and Betty Willard. No services are planned at this time.
