Annamae Partin's Obituary
Annamae Partin, age 85, of Hillsboro, IA, formerly of Udell, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023 at her home under Hospice care.
Annamae was born on January 2, 1938 in Exline, IA, the daughter of Wilbert and Marie (McGhghy) Williams. On April 3, 1953, she was united in marriage to Bernie Lee Partin, and to this union, three children were born, Birney Jr., Wendell and Ellymae.
Annamae worked for Union Carbide/Curwood (known now as Bemis) for 27 years, retiring in 2006. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, cooking, and gardening. She loved spending time with family, and being outside, especially just enjoying nature.
Left to cherish Annamae are her children, Birney Lee Partin Jr. of New London, Iowa, Wendell (Diane) Partin of Madill, Oklahoma, and Ellymae (Richard) Franklin of Hillsboro, Iowa; five grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Carroll of Ravia, Oklahoma, Philip Mendoza of Madill, Oklahoma, Sarah (Chris) Williams of Enville, Oklahoma, Richie Franklin of Albia, Iowa, and Austin Franklin of Hillsboro, Iowa; four great grandchildren, Haylee Howard of Ravia, Oklahoma, Alexandria Stufflebeem of Madill, Oklahoma, Madison Williams of Enville, Oklahoma and Sandra Williams of Enville, Oklahoma; as well as several extended family members.
Annamae was preceded in death by her parents; her step father, and her siblings, Jimmy Williams, LeRoy Williams, Clarence Williams, Leon Williams, Violet Flynn and Nancy Fowler.
Funeral services will be held at 11AM, Friday, June 9, 2023 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville with Larry Bettis officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rose Cemetery in Graysville, Missouri. Visitation will take place Friday, June 9, 2023 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville, with the family greeting friends from 10-11AM.
