Anna Kauzlarich's Obituary
Anna Kauzlarich, age 90, of Centerville, Iowa, died Friday, June 29, 2007 at Golden Age Care Center in Centerville. She was born the daughter of Tony and Mary (Knoll) Tometich on March 1, 1917 in Numa, Iowa. She graduated from the Numa Community Schools.On May 22, 1943, Anna was united in marriage to Rudolph 'Rudy' Andrew Kauzlarich in Centerville, Iowa. She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting with the St. Mary's quilting group. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, 18/80 club and American Legion Auxiliary all in Centerville.She is preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Rudy Kauzlarich on March 9, 2003; son, Paul Kauzlarich in 1970; sisters, Eva Miller, Margaret 'Dolly' Tometich and Frances Tometich; brothers, Frank and John Tometich.Anna is survived by: her sons, Tony and his wife, Sue Kauzlarich of Gower, Missouri and David and his wife, Judy Kauzlarich of Imperial, Missouri; daughter, Mary Jo and her husband, Chuck Staniger of Des Moines, Iowa; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren; sisters, Ola Budeslich and Dana Tometich both of Centerville, Iowa and Rose Scarbrough of St. Joseph, Missouri. Mass of Resurrection will be held on Monday, July 2, 2007 at 2 pm at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Centerville, Iowa with Fr. Linus Evers, C.PP.S officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakland Cemetery in Centerville.
